Embroidered Elements, due to electronic nature of embroidery files, cannot process exchanges, refunds or returns. Should your file not download to you properly, we would be happy to replace the original file to the original purchaser. We take pride in the uniqueness and quality of our designs. Each design is "what you see is what you get." Since all of our designs are manually punched and sewout several times until they meet our high standards, we are confident that they will meet your high standards as well. In the near future, we will be adding a free designs section so that you can test the quality of those designs before making a purchase, if you like. Now That's Impressive allows returns within five (5) business days of shipping receipt, however, there is a 20% restocking fee.
