Embroidered Elements, due to electronic nature of embroidery files, cannot process exchanges, refunds or returns. Should your file not download to you properly, we would be happy to replace the original file to the original purchaser. We take pride in the uniqueness and quality of our designs. Each design is "what you see is what you get." Since all of our designs are manually punched and sewout several times until they meet our high standards, we are confident that they will meet your high standards as well.
