Do you offer a 100% money back guarantee? Yes. If your sticker arrives with a defect, we will replace it provided you return it within 10 business days of shipping receipt.

How do I apply my window decal? Is it difficult? Window decals are very easy to apply. For EASY "how to" decal instructions, click here.

How long will it take me to receive my order? Generally, window decals are shipped from our facility within five business days. Simply add this to the shipping selection you'll make during checkout and you can quickly guesstimate your order arrival date. When you select the flat rate shipping for up to 4 decals,this is a 1 -3 day ship window after leaving us. For your convenience, you can click here to go to the pacakge tracking section of our website at any time. We provide your tracking number when your order is ready to leave our facility.

Will my decal be damaged if I run my car through the car wash? Our decals have a six-year outdoor durability and are safe both outside and when run through the car wash.

Where do I apply my window decal, the inside or outside of my car? Generally, window decals are applied on the exterior window of your car, typically on the rear-side or back windows.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We accept checks but please know that we will not begin production on your order, until we have payment in hand. We also accept school purchase orders. We are working on accepting payments on this site via Pay Pal and will let you know as soon as this has been completed. For worry-free shopping, our site is a secure site. All of your transactions on our site are encrypted for your protection.

Why is the color of my product not an exact color match? Cool Window Stickers takes great pride in providing you with the most accurate color and fabric representation as possible for the items purchased, however, there are several reasons we cannot guarantee an exact representation. These are as follows: (1) Different computer monitors and their resolutions represent colors slightly differently (2) Different dye lots represent variability in the vinyl fabrication process creating slightly different color shades. (3) Vinyl is sometimes discontinued or no longer available for our use. If this occurs, we will use a vinyl color similar to the one ordered.

What embroidery file formats can be purchased? For each embroidery design product, you can select an embroidery file format. Our current file format offerings are:

Do you manually punch and sew out your designs? To ensure the highest quality designs, we manually punch each and every design. After manually punching the designs, we run several sew outs to ensure top notch quality. If any tweaks are needed, the designs are refined and sew out until they meet our high standards.

What is your return policy? Due to the electronic nature of the products we are selling to you, the design files, once purchased are like software cannot be returned or exchanged. Should your file not download to you properly, we would be happy to replace the original file to the original purchaser.

How will my products be delivered? All products are immediately available for download upon payment receipt. Once payment has been received, you simply need to go to MY ACCOUNT, click on View the applicable order and you will see the associated links. You will click on the file name and save it to your computer. You are allowed up to 2 downloads for each product purchased and given 7 days to download your file before expiration. We are considering offering a CD back-up and working on the logistics and pricing of this at this time.

What will I receive with my embroidery file purchase? You will receive the embroidery file(s) purchased in the format(s) requested along with corresponding color charts and a copy of our copyright policy.

What is your copyright policy? All designs, graphics and digitized embroidery files, are copyrighted domestically and protected internationally under the Now That's Impressive trademark. All Embroidered Elements digitized designs are licensed from Now That's Impressive. You may use these designs for personal use and stitch on items to sell up to 750 units. However, the design file itself cannot be traced, shared, sold, or distributed without the authorized and written consent of Now That's Impressive, LLC. When purchasing a design or set of desings, you are agreeing to this copyright policy (also considered part of our terms of use).

Where can I purchase your product? NTI distributes our products through retailers. To find a retailer near you or online, please click here to go to our store locator. If your local scrapbook, craft and hobby, or gift store does not carry our product, please share your excitement and interest about our products with them.


Retailers
Do you offer a 100% guarantee? Every effort is made to ensure that you are happy with your order. Each item is inspected carefully for quality workmanship prior to being delivered to you. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the workmanship of your purchase from Now That's Impressive, we will replace the exact item you purchased. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made. To provide a reminder, we take the extra step of asking you to agree to our terms at checkout since there is a 20% restocking fee on any returns.

How do I become a retailer? You may become a retailer through one of our sales representatives or you may click here to go to the FORMS section of our wholesale page. There, you will find an order form, a wholesale application, a credit application and a resale form. Each of the forms are in Adobe PDF so if you don't have Adobe Reader, you can click on the free download link there as well.

Why isn't my "specials discount" showing in my cart? The most common reason the discount isn't appearing is that the minimum quantity discount is not being taken into consideration. For example, 1 item actually equals a quantity of 3 in the shopping cart. If NTI is running a special on buy 2, get X dollar or pecentage off, you must multiply the 2 by the 3 per minimum quanity item which equates to 6 total items in your cart. If you have 6 total items for example in your cart, you would need to ensure that the items are representative of what is on special. If you've tried these tips and you still cannot get your specials discount to appear, please contact NTI either online or by phone. We'd be happy to assist you.

Where can I get a copy of my order invoice? You can click here to go to MY ACCOUNT. Then click on VIEW in the ORDERS section. Once you've located the order you wish to print, simply click on the print button and you will have a printed copy of that particular order invoice. You must be logged in to go directly to My Account so if you are not logged in, you will be asked to do so before being taken to your My Account.

Why do you charge a restocking fee? We price our products at the lowest price possible and at a price point that will move our products off your shelves quickly. Based on a competitive anlaysis, our pricing even allows room for selling above our manufacturers suggested retail pricing (MSRP). Product returns require unpacking, inspection, possible repackaging, reinventorying (physically and electronically) and accounting procedures. To negate the negative perception that sometimes accompanies restocking fees, we will waive the fee should you, at the exact time of the return, use toward the purchase of NTI product.

Where do I send a return? Please call customer service at 859.380.5513 and a resprentative will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. This number should be printed on the box and/or label and shipped to Now That's Impressive at PO Box 75061, Fort Thomas, Kentucky 41075. Shipping insurance is also recommended in case of loss or damage in route back to NTI.


Product - General
Are your products photo-safe? All of our products are photo-safe and include an acid-free self-adhesive peel and stick backing. As you may be adding different elements to, under or along side our products, we recommend that you use page protectors to protect your pages.

Are your products easy to use? All of our products have been designed with you in mind. Each product was created to look as if you'd spent hours creating it, giving it that extra special touch. We've done all the work for you. All you have to do is select our products and use them as they are or add different elements to or with them to make them your own. And, the best part is that each product contains an acid-free self-adhesive backing for ease of application. Just peel and stick.

Why do some of my products have frayed edges? The sheer nature of working with fabric involves dealing with frayed edges. Though NTI takes great pride in providing straight cuts on our products, once handled, fraying can occur. NTI believes this adds uniqueness and many times an upscale special made appearance to your projects.
